Travelex is a British foreign exchange company founded by Lloyd Dorfman and headquartered in London. Its main businesses are international payments, foreign currency exchange, issuing prepaid credit cards for use by travellers and global remittance.

"They make you redundant and do not pay after working for 8years..Treat staff awful. Short staffed..low paid..no help from management.wont pay holidays r redundancy."

Cons: Short break, no benefits, extremely odd hours like starting at 03.45am, managers are uncompromising, minimum wage and require people to do tasks of four or five different operations."

"Where 2 start? Very low wage which never goes up, never receive bonuses but waste money on hiring 12 supervisors who are rude and no idea what they are doing, often there is more supervisors in the call centre than staff.. they are not willing to help despite that being their job. Two of the team leaders are best friends and will sit at each others desks or call each other chatting all day looking at holidays and shoes, if you try ask them questions or for help, they will roll their eyes or ignore you. None of the supervisors, call quality or team leaders take calls when they are queuing but will be quick to run over and tell you to hurry up.. moan at you when they do not reach their targets and often call through on the lines to boost their targets which i'm sure breaches their contract. New starters are made to feel rubbish, there is a high turnover as staff are not treated well. FORCED to work Christmas and new years day for no extra money or bonuses, do not work here. there Is better jobs in Peterborough offering more money, best thing I did was leave this place Cons: low pay, bullies for managers, no support"
